How do I hire a transfer service?

The transfer service can be contracted by e-mail [email protected], informing the reservation number and flight details. The request must be made at least 5 days before the check-in date.

How do I request a stroller, bathtub and/or baby crib?

We offer a baby kit with stroller, baby crib and bathtub at no extra charge for children up to 3 years old from the Standard category, always respecting the maximum capacity of the apartment and subject to availability. How can I hire a babysitter service?

Babysitters are an outsourced service that can be hired at reception and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. The value of the service is R$ 120,00 for 6 hours with 40 minutes of rest. If it exceeds 6 hours/day, the value of R$ 30,00 will be added and, when necessary, the guest must also pay the value of R$ 30,00 of the transfer from Baby Sitter to her residence.

In case of service request between the hours of 18h to 23h, the guest will be charged R$ 180,00, with transportation included, being R$ 150,00 of the service and R$ 30,00 of the transportation.

Child pays as an adult?

We offer free acomodation for one child up to 12 years in the Standard Apartment and free acomodation for two children up to 12 years in the Family Apartment, accompanied by two paying adults. Children must be under 12 at the time of lodging.

Can 4 adults sleep in the Family Apartment?

The Family Apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child up to 12 years. Due to the configuration and structure of the apartment, we believe it would not provide a satisfactory accommodation experience for 4 adults. The capacity of the apartment aims at the highest comfort and safety of guests, and can not be exceeded.

Is parking free?

Yes, the resort has free parking for guests convenience.

What's required for a minor/under age to stay at the resort without parents?

For a child or adolescent under 18 staying at the resort without the presence of parents or legal guardians, it must present the authorization document completed and notarized, as well as identity documents for confirmation of data, as Art. 82 with art. 250 of Federal Law 8.069 / 90 (ECA).

What's the All Inclusive Premium?

Our All Inclusive Premium prioritizes quality. In this system, you have access to multiple dining experiences, with menus signed by chefs from the Northeast of Brazil, which guarantee the resort excellent authorial cuisine. Consumer points also have light and healthy options for those who prefer.

What's available in the room?

All apartments have a minibar, safe box, air conditioning, hairdryer, Smart TV, magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Standard and Family apartments also have a Nespresso coffee machine.

How far is the resort from the beach?

Japaratinga Lounge Resort is right in front of Japaratinga Beach. To access it, you have to go through our tunnel that connects the resort directly to the beach. From the pool to the beach it is only about 25 meters.

How many consuptions points the resort have?

Japaratinga Lounge Resort has 5 consumption points distributed throughout its structure. They are: Vila da Praia, by the sea; Verano, poolside bar; Moenda Café, a mezzanine overlooking the sea; the Overdrive Pub, which runs in the evenings, and the main restaurant, where the main meals of the day are served.

Does the resort have Wifi? It's for free?

Yes, the resort has free wifi in its common areas and apartments.

Does the resort works with day use?

Unfortunately we do not have Day Use. As there is an average occupancy of 90% in our resort, we were unable to work with this service.

Can I put a baby crib in the room?

We offer a baby kit with stroller, baby crib and bathtub at no extra charge for children up to 3 years old from the Standard category, always respecting the maximum capacity of the apartment and subject to availability. You can make the request with the attendant responsible for your reservation by email or by telephone.

Can I smoke at the resort?

According to the Anti-Smoking Law No. 12.546 / 2011, smoking is prohibited in fully enclosed areas, partially enclosed areas and common areas. Thus, the use of cigarettes or other fumes are not allowed in the apartments / balconies, as well as in any covered and uncovered areas commonly used by the resort.

What documents should be presented in the check in?

1) Children's documents (Birth Certificate, ID or Passport). The documents must be originals. Photocopies, student ID, health insurance or vaccination card will not be accepted.

2) Minor Lodging Authorization with notarized signature. There are three different situations. Check which one fits:
* Unaccompanied minor hosting
* Underage hosting with one parent only
* Minor hosting with nominee
Attention: Do not confuse Travel Authorization with Hosting Authorization.

What time is the check-in e check-out?

Check-in: from 3pm
Check out: until 12pm

What's the payments forms?

Payment can only be made by credit card (Visa, Master or AMEX). When making your reservation, you will be charged the full amount.

What's the distance until de airport?

Japaratinga is halfway between the capitals Recife (PE) and Maceió (AL), which guarantees two great options for international airports. From them, the resort can be reached by car in just over two hours, covering a distance of approximately 145km.

What's the voltage, 110v ou 220v?

The voltage of the apartments is 220v, but we provide an converter at our reception if you have 110v equipment, subject to availability.

What's the procedure for check in and check out?

Check in: Arrival until 12pm will be charged early check in per person, being free to enjoy all inclusive at the various points of consumption. If you arrive after 12pm and before check-in time (3 pm), you can have lunch or stay at the Resort for no additional charge. With regard to the room it's not possible to guarantee that it will be released before standard time, as it depends on the departure of the previous guest, as well as the time to clean and tidy it.

Check out: Our daily hours are closed at 12pm, and the guest can check out and stay at the resort awaiting the transfer time, if applicable, including requesting a bracelet for lunch at the restaurant without any extra charge. For late check out, the values are passed directly by our reception. If you leave after 2pm, it is advisable to inform reception to check the values and availability at least one day in advance.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed at the resort.

Has a heated pool?

We do not have a heated pool, but the average annual temperature in Japaratinga is 25 degrees and the Resort's pools are embedded in the ground, which ensures almost natural heating during the day, perpetuating until dusk, always providing warm water.

Can two adults and one child stay at Smart Apartment?

The Smart apartment only accommodates up to 2 occupants. Unfortunately we cannot exceed the capacity of a category for comfort and safety. To stay with 2 adults and 1 child you must book a Standard or Family room suitable for this setting.
